All attendees and all non-US citizens who do not already have base access (active DOD ID card or DBIDS) must submit a base clearance form.

Forms must be legible, and must include both your social security number and another form of identification with the expiration date.
For non-US citizens, include your passport information and your port/date of entry.
Leave block 24 blank.
Submit forms and questions to Sue Moore by October 31.
All visitors must have one of the following IDs in addition to submitting the form:
REAL ID-compliant driver’s license (look for a star or special marking)
U.S. Passport or Passport Card
Global Entry Card
Military Active, Dependent or Retiree ID
Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)
TWIC
Enhanced Driver’s License (EDL)
International Passport (if vetted through above form)
